Core concepts
Workspace
Your account. Everything (brands, tickets, teammates) lives inside one workspace.
Brand
A customer-facing identity with its own support address, sender identity, signature, and ticket numbers. Add as many as you want.
Ticket
One email conversation with one customer, belonging to one brand. Numbered per brand from #1000.
Agent and admin
Agents handle tickets. An admin is an agent who also manages billing, brands, and workspace settings.
Inbound and outbound
Inbound is mail from your customer. Outbound is the reply you send through your own SMTP.
