Data Export

Export reports and invoices from AllMy Ledger to share with your accountant, tax preparer, or business partners.

Export Formats

Every report supports three export formats. Click the corresponding button at the top of any report:

  • PDF — Formatted document with company name, report title, and date range. Opens in your default PDF viewer.
  • CSV — Comma-separated values for Excel or Google Sheets. Opens a save dialog.
  • XLSX — Excel workbook with formatted headers and number columns. Opens in your default spreadsheet app.

Available Reports

AllMy Ledger includes 12 reports. All can be exported in any format:

  • Profit & Loss — income and expenses for a period
  • Balance Sheet — assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time
  • Cash Flow Statement — where cash came from and went, by operating/investing/financing activities
  • Trial Balance — account balances for verification
  • Journal — chronological record of all journal entries
  • General Ledger — complete transaction history by account
  • AR Aging / AP Aging — outstanding invoices and bills by aging period
  • Customer Statements — unpaid balances or full activity history per customer
  • 1099 Contractor Summary — contractor payment totals for tax reporting
  • Schedule C — income and expenses mapped to IRS Schedule C lines

Export Invoices

Export individual invoices as PDF to send to customers:

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Click Export PDF
  3. Save and email to your customer

Sharing with Your Accountant

Most accountants prefer PDF reports. Export your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, then email or share via cloud storage. If they need the raw data, export as XLSX or share a copy of your .aldb company file.
